Barbara E. Legan 74 of Oak Ridge, Tennessee passed away December 08, 2016 in Oak Ridge Tennessee. She was born December 30, 1941 in Fairport New York to Robert and Beatrice Legan and was employed with Answer Financial as a payroll clerk.
She is survived by two brothers Burton Legan of Oak Ridge, TN and Barry Legan of Spartanburg, SC
Visitation with the family will be from 5-7 Saturday December 10 at Martin Oak
Ridge Funeral Home with a funeral service following at 7PM with the Rev. Clarence Byrd officiating. Interment will be 1PM Sunday December 11,2016 at Oak Ridge Memorial Park
