Yuri Melnichenko passed away March 18, 2016 at his home in Knoxville. He was born December 04, 1953 in Kiev, Ukraine. Yuri was a scientist for Oak Ridge National Laboratory. He is survived by his wife Galina Kalchenko of the home and also 2 sons. Funeral service will be 3:00PM Sunday March 20, 2016 at St. Anne Orthodox Church in Oak Ridge Tennessee. Graveside service will be held 3:00PM Monday March 21, 2016 at Oak Ridge Memorial Park with Father Stephen Freeman officiating.
