William David Ryan was born April 10, 1958, in Whitehall, MD to Lillian Doyle and Charles B. Ryan. After enlisting and serving two years in the Army, William resided in Ridley township before recently moving to Oak Ridge, TN. William was devoted to this family and grandchildren. William was an outdoorsman.
William David Ryan was preceded in death by his parents, Lillian Doyle and Charles B.Ryan, and son, Michael W. Ryan.
William David Ryan is survived by his wife, Colleen Clifton Ryan, children Jamie Lynn Huckel (Joe), Patrick W. Ryan (Courtney), Daniel W. Ryan; and grandchildren Ryan Nicholson, Hailey Huckel, and Colton Ryan. Also, survived by many brothers and sisters.
