Shirley Wilder Burcham gained her wings on Wednesday, February 25, 2026. She was born March 31, 1937, in Sneedville, TN.

She stayed active bird watching and tending to her wildflowers, rail bugging on Windrock Mt. Loving her extensive family. Family get togethers were one of her favorites. She enjoyed road trips with her sisters.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Harvey Wilder, Nola Greene Wilder, Eugene Burcham; son, Drew; daughter, Theresa; daughter-in-law, Julie; sisters Kate Thomas, Rhonda Ekdahl, Ruth Franvis, Ellen Real; brother, Charles Wilder; brother-in-law, David Thomas, Ernest Neal, Kenneth Coffey and Alvins Brummett.

Survived by son Bruce (Kim), grandson, Brandson (Chelsie), Andrew (Ashley); great-grandson Denver Maynard; sisters Dorothy Coffey, Fran Brummett, Judy Kicks (Hollis); brother-in-law, Karl Ekdahl; sister-in-law, Jeanie Chamberlain. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Shirley was a very loving person who always put her family first. She always wanted to help others and see everyone happy! She will be so missed but can only imagine the celebration her and her loved ones are having!
