Ruby Willbanks 98 of Oak Ridge passed away July 03, 2016 at Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge, TN She was born June 02, 1918 in Evening Shade, Arkansas to Neil and Maggie Sullivan She was preceded in death by her parents Neil and Maggie Sullivan and a daughter Imogene Emmert.
Ruby retired from J.C. Penny as a seamstress after 26 years, she loved Jesus and enjoyed reading her bible was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Oak Ridge. Her hobbies included playing the piano, crocheting and sewing.
Ruby is survived by her son Maurice Wilbanks of Arkansas, daughter Linda Webb of Oak Ridge grandchildren; Stacey Teasley and husband Allan of Knoxville, Brent Webb and wife Missie of Oak Ridge, Kevin Webb and wife Clarissa of Oak Ridge. Great grandchildren: Mikaila Whittaker, Amber Teasley, Brandon Teasley and Shaun Teasle, Doug ,Ricky and Stanley Emmertt, Letitia King and Marsha Neal.
