Mathew James Colizzi

Mathew James Colizzi, age 49, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, November 7th, 2025. Mat loved to paint and he was a well-established professional ballet dancer. Anyone that met Mat thought the world of him, even people that knew Mat for a short amount of time would recognize the light that he brought into the world.

Mat is survived by his mother, Anna Bernard; Sister, Linda Thompson; Brother, Robert Thompson; Nephew, William Thompson; Niece, Annabelle Griggs; Beloved friend, Wayne Duncan; Mat is also survived by a host of extended family and friends.

A celebration of life will be scheduled at a later date.
