Joseph Rice passed away Thursday, November 28, 2024 at Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge.

Mr. Rice was born December 9, 1937. He is survived by sister-in-law, Mary Gorman, cousin, Carol Leforte and her son James Ratliff.

He was also a 30+ year veteran of the Navy and Air Force. Mr Rice gave his heart and soul to everything that he did. He will truly be missed.
