Jimmy Larabee

Jimmy Lee Larabee age 56 is in the care of Martin Oak Ridge Funeral Home. Jimmy passed away February 13, 2019 at Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. He was born April 19, 1962 in Oak Ridge, Tennessee to Willis and Hazel Larabee. Jimmy served our country in the United States Army and was of the Baptist faith. Throughout the years he coached K.C. and Jacob in baseball and was an avid U.T Sports fan as well as Nascar and the Atlanta Braves. Jimmy was preceded in death by his parents; Willis Larabee and Hazel Webb Crossno, sister; Susan Powers. Jimmy is survived by his wife; Donna Wilson Larabee son; K.C. Larabee and future wife Christy McMillians and daughter Erica Greco of Oak Ridge, TN. Granddaughter; Emily Larabee Stepson; David Stringfield, and wife Praka from Lancaster, California, Joseph Stringfield from Harriman, TN. Jacob Jones and future wife Macy Martin from Kingston, TN. Brother; Jessie Larabee from Oak Ridge, TN. Tracy Larabee and wife Karen from Oak Ridge, TN. Sister; Wilma McMeans and husband Wayne from Longs, SC. Two special nieces who he loved very much, Jessica Larabee of Oak Ridge and Crystal Grover of Knoxville. Also he had a nephew Josh Powers of Oak Ridge who he loved like a second son. Sister-In law; Michelle Zachary of Harriman, TN and Johana Wilson of Loudon, Tn. Brother-In law; Danny Wilson and wife Sally of Alemeda, California and Bobby Wilson and wife Cindy of Knoxville, TN. He loved Bobby like a brother. Lots of cousins and nieces and nephews and friends. Visitation with the family will be from 5-7pm Tuesday February 19, 2019 at Martin Oak Ridge Funeral Home with a memorial following at 7pm.
