Ima Jean Mooney, age 92, passed away September 09, 2016 in Oak Ridge TN. She was born July 04, 1924 in McClure, Virginia to Walter and Appie Markland. Ima was preceded in death by her husband James F. Mooney and her son James C. Mooney. She is survived by her granddaughter Erin Mooney Keith and husband Carl of Mascot TN. Great-grandchildren include Matthew (Nikki) Keith, Laurel Keith, and Jason Keith. Also survived by great-great-grandson Phillip Keith and special friend Leroy Craze as well as two sisters-in law and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation with the family will be Monday September 12 at Martin Oak Ridge Funeral Home from 4-6pm with a funeral service following at 6pm with the Rev. Don Morris officiating. A private burial is scheduled at Oak Ridge Memorial Park.
