Hylena O'Dell

Hylena Mae O'Dell (Hicks), 75, of Madisonville went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, December 15, 2015, at Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge. Hylena was born on August 18, 1940, in Knoxville, to William and Annie Hicks.

She was preceded in death by husband, Dayton O'Dell; brothers, Howard and Gerald Hicks; and her sister, Juanita Webb.

She is survived by her children, Chuck Kirby (Sherrie); Steve Kirby (Michelle); Patrick O'Dell (Cindy); her daughter, Pam Miller (Johnny); sister, Mildred McCroskey; several nieces and nephews; grandchildren, Samantha McFee (Daniel); Alex Miller; Stephanie Kirby (Alec); Gary Mills (Olivia); Chris Mills (Tracie); great-grandchildren, Easton and Lily McFee; Brandon and Cianna Mills; Dillan, Cameron, Alex, and McKinley Mills; and Evan Hogelin.

The family will receive friends at Martin Oak Ridge Funeral Home in Oak Ridge on Monday, December 21 from 5-7 pm., with a memorial service to begin at 7 pm. A burial is scheduled for Tuesday, December 22nd at 11:00 am at Grandview Cemetery in Maryville, TN.
