Helen Sharpe

Helen Marie Gallagher Sharpe age 94 is in the care of Martin Oak Ridge Funeral Home. She passed away Friday January 5, 2018 at National Health Care in Oak Ridge Tennessee. Helen was born December 21, 1923 in Corbin, Kentucky to Thomas Gallagher and Edna Spotts Gallagher. She finished High School in Corbin, Kentucky and was a homemaker and had a great love for her family and her Lord. She also was a longtime Square Dancer and loved anything VOLS !!! Helen was preceded in death by her husband; Dewey Sharpe, parents; Tom and Ella Gallagher and her siblings. She is survived by her son; Joe Sharpe and wife Donna, grandson; Brian Sharpe and wife Courtney, Great grandchild; Lyla Faye Sharpe Granddaughter; Emily Sharpe and Fiance Brad McCool, and numerous nieces and nephewsand their families. Visitation with the family will be Saturday January 13, 2018 from 10:00-11:00 am at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Oak Ridge, Tennessee followed by a service at 11:00 am with Father Dustinh Collins officiating.
