Dustin Thomas Lowe, age 51, of Powell, TN passed away, July 1, 2025.
Dustin was a huge fan of Dolly Parton. He enjoyed going to antique shows. He loved being part of his community. He was a fan of the arts and loved and enjoyed his friends.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Wilma Jean Lowe.
Dustin is survived by his spouse Richard S. Hall; son, Hunter Sawyer; father, Cardus Lowe and brother, Wayne Lowe.
A visitation service will be held Saturday, July 5, 2025 between 1:00pm – 2:45pm at Mott- McKamey Funeral Home in Oak Ridge, TN. Graveside service will follow visitation at 3:00pm at Oak Ridge Memorial Park.
