January 11, 1921 — June 6, 2014

Cecil Edward Higgins 93 of Knoxville passed away Friday June 06 2014 at U.T. Medical Center of Knoxville Cecil was retired from martin Marietta as an Anylitical Chemist. Mr. Higgins is survived by his wife Bettye Jackson also of the home. Mr. Higgins choice was to be cremated and a memorial service will follow at a later date. Martin Oak Ridge Funeral Home is serving the Higgins family
