Brenda Chambers

Brenda Chambers age 66 of Knoxville passed away December 01, 2014 in her home with her children. Brenda was born March 09, 1948 in Richlands, Virginia to Robert and Billie Lambert. She was a member of Solway Baptist Church where she enjoyed spending time with the preschool children. She attended Arlington General Nursing School in Virginia where she received her degree as a LPN , and also performed private duty as a Hospice nurse. She loved taking care of flowers, researching and documenting her family history, but most of all she loved spending time with her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents Robert Lee Lambert and Billie Ruth Akers, her sister Judy Ann Alcorn. Brenda is survived by her daughter Sherri Farris and husband Greg, Amy Knowlton and husband Tracy, Judy Fadul and husband Greg, her son Richard Edwards and wife Sheila; grandchildren Lynsey, Hayden, Tyler, Blade, Logan, and Landon and special friend Rhonda Ingram
Visitation with the family will be Thursday December 04, 2014 from 5pm to 7pm at Solway Baptist Church with funeral service to follow with the Rev. Rob Buchanan officiating . Interment will be 11:00 am Friday December 05, 2014 at the Oak Ridge Memorial Park.
